1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1978.

2. The Control of Exports (No. 2) Order, 1977 (

S.I. No. 373 of 1977

), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to extend to the Customs-free Airport at Shannon the Control of Exports (No. 2) Order, 1977.

(No. 29 of 1958)) the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 (

) and the Transport and Power (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 (

S.I. No. 305 of 1977

), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations
