1. This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Fees (No. 2) Order, 1978.

2. The Land Registration Fees Order, 1978 (

S.I. No. 40 of 1978

) is hereby amended by the substitution of "3rd day of April, 1978" for "8th day of March, 1978" in Article 1 (2).
