1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 3) Regulations, 1978.

2. The Control of Exports Order, 1978 (

S.I. No. 369 of 1978

, shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

) and the Transport and Power (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 (

S.I. No. 305 of 1977

), with 'the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations
