1. These Regulations may be cited as the
Higher Education Authority Act, 1971
(Designation of Institution of Higher Education) Regulations, 1978.
2. The institution specified in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby designated as an institution of higher education for the purposes of the
Higher Education Authority Act, 1971
(No. 22 of 1971).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
