S.I. No. 257/1978 - Exchange Control (No. 4) Regulations, 1978.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exchange Control (No. 4) Regulations, 1978.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 11th day of September, 1978.

(3) The collective citation "the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 to 1978" shall include these Regulations.

2. Barclays Bank International Limited, 47/48 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, is hereby appointed to be an authorised dealer.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959, by appointing Barclays Bank International Ltd. of 47/48 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, to be an authorised dealer for the purpose of the Exchange Control Acts.
