1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1978.

2. The 16th day of November, 1978, is in relation to Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta hereby appointed to be the nomination day for the purposes of the

Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977

(No. 6 of 1977).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 16th November, 1978, as the day on which nominations of candidates at an election held under the

Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977

, in relation to Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta shall be received by the returning officer.
