1. This Order may be cited as the

2. The 2nd day of October, 1978, is hereby appointed to be the day on which
section 29
of the
Finance Act, 1978
(No. 21 of 1978), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order appoints the 2nd day of October, 1978 as the day on which
