1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1978.
2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Thomas Hussey T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order delegates to the Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture under the Acts specified in the schedule to the Order.
