S.I. No. 9/1977 - Harbour Rates (Dublin Harbour) Order, 1977.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Dublin Harbour) Order, 1977.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1977.

2. The Harbour Rates (Dublin Harbour) Order, 1976 (

S.I. No. 5 of 1976

), shall have effect as if the rates specified in the Schedule thereto were increased by fifteen per cent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order authorises an increase in maximum warehousing rates at the Port of Dublin.

Harbours Act, 1946

(No. 9 of 1946), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 (

), and after due compliance with section 106 of that Act, hereby order as follows
