S.I. No. 8/1977 - Harbour Rates (Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan) Order, 1977.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan) Order, 1977.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1977.

2. The Harbour Rates (Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan) Order, 1976 (

S.I. No. 6 of 1976

) (as amended by the Harbour Rates (Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan) (No. 2) Order, 1976 (

S.I. No. 244 of 1976

)), shall have effect as if the rates specified in the First and Second Schedules thereto were increased by ten per cent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order authorises an increase in maximum tonnage and goods rates at the Harbours of Dublin, Skerries and Balbriggan.

), and after due compliance with section 106 of that Act, hereby order as follows
