1. This Order may be cited as the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977

(Commencement) Order, 1977.

2. The first day of January, 1978, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977

(No. 28 of 1977), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 13th day of December, 1977.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes the 1st day of January, 1978, as the day on which the

Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977

, shall come into operation.
