S.I. No. 19/1977 - Maximum Prices (Kerosene) Order, 1977

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Kerosene) Order, 1977.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of February, 1977.

3. The maximum price at which kerosene (paraffin oil) may be sold by retail shall be a price calculated at the rate of 45.5p per gallon.

4. The Maximum Prices (Kerosene) (No. 4) Order, 1976 (

S.I. No. 267 of 1976

), is hereby revoked.
