1. This Order may be cited as the

Harbours Act, 1946

(Commencement of Part VII) (Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners) Order, 1977.

2. The 25th day of May, 1977, is hereby appointed as the day on which Part VII of the

Harbours Act, 1946

(No. 9 of 1946), shall come into operation in respect of the Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners.
