1. This Order may be cited as the

Harbours Act, 1946

(Commencement of Part IV) (Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners) Order, 1977.

2. The 28th day of April, 1977, is hereby appointed as the day on which Part IV of the

Harbours Act, 1946

(No. 9 of 1946), shall come into operation in respect of the Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 28th day of April, 1977.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation, in respect of the Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners, Part IV of the

Harbours Act, 1946

, which deals with officers and servants of a harbour authority.
