S.I. No. 99/1976 - River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1976.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1976.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of May, 1976.

2. Article 4 (1) (inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1959 (

S.I. No. 89 of 1959

)), of the River Erne (Special Local Licences) Order, 1934 (S.R. & O, No. 178 of 1934), shall have effect as if "£40" were substituted for "£10" (inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1972 (

S.I. No. 193 of 1972

)).

3. The River Erne (Special Local Licence Duty) (Method of Payment) (Amendment) Order, 1972 (

S.I. No. 194 of 1972

), is hereby revoked.

The Minister for Finance hereby consents to the making of the foregoing Order so far as the same relates to the licence duty of £40 fixed in respect of special local licences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides that the special local licence duty payable in respect of a draft net for use in the tidal waters of the River Erne shall be £40.
