1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Higher Education Authority Act, 1971

(Designation of Institution of Higher Education) (No. 2) Regulations, 1976.

2. Each of the institutions specified in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby designated as an institution of higher education for the purposes of the

Higher Education Authority Act, 1971

(No. 22 of 1971).
