S.I. No. 85/1975 - Petroleum Oils (Control of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1975.

1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum Oils (Control of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1975.

2. This Order shall remain in force for three months from its making.

3. It is hereby declared that the exigencies of the common good necessitate the control by the Minister for Transport and Power on behalf of the State of the supply and distribution of petroleum oils.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

section 2

(1) of the

Fuels (Control of Supplies) Act, 1971

(No. 3 of 1971), hereby order as follows :—
