S.I. No. 6/1975 - Maximum Prices (Pre-Packaged Coal) Order, 1975.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Pre-packaged Coal) Order, 1975.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of January, 1975.

2. The Maximum Prices (Pre-packaged Coal) Order, 1974 (

S.I. No. 65 of 1974

), is hereby amended by the substitution of the following Article for Article 2 (inserted by the Maximum Prices (Pre-packaged Coal) (No. 2) Order, 1974 (

))

" 2. The maximum prices at which coal packed in a closed container or package may be sold by retail shall be—

(

a

) in the case of a container or package containing 28 pounds or 12½ kilograms of coal, £0.56,

(

b

) in the case of a container or package containing 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, £1.07, and

(

c

) in the case of a container or package containing more than 56 pounds or 25 kilograms of coal, a sum calculated at the rate of £2.08 per hundredweight or per 50 kilograms, as the case may be.
