1. This Order may be cited as the

Prosecution of Offences Act, 1974

(Commencement) Order, 1975.

2. The 19th day of January, 1975 is hereby fixed as the day on which

sections 3

and

of the

Prosecution of Offences Act, 1974

(No. 22 of 1974), shall come into operation.
