S.I. No. 299/1975 - Maximum Prices (Kerosene) (No. 2) Order, 1975.

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Kerosene) (No. 2) Order, 1975.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of December, 1975.

3. The maximum price at which kerosene (paraffin oil) may be sold by retail shall be a price calculated at the rate of—

(

a

) 33½p per gallon, if the kerosene is delivered to the customer, or

(

b

) 32½p per gallon, in all other cases.

4. The maximum Prices (Kerosene) Order, 1975 (

S.I. No. 123 of 1975

), is hereby revoked.
