1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Health Act, 1970

(Adaptation) Regulations, 1975.

2.

Section 24

of the

Health Authorities Act, 1960

(No. 9 of 1960) shall be adapted—

(

a

) by the substitution in subsection (1) of the words "the South-Eastern Health Board" for the words "the Waterford Health Authority" and the words "that Board" for the words "that Authority", and

(

b

) by the substitution in subsection (2) of the words "the Southern Health Board" for the words "the Cork Health Authority" and the words "that Board" for the words "that Authority".
