S.I. No. 247/1975 - Oyster Fishing Licences (Alteration of Licence Duty) Order, 1975.

1. This Order may be cited as the Oyster Fishing Licences (Alteration of Licence Duty) Order, 1975.

2. The duty in respect of an oyster fishing licence is hereby altered with effect from the 1st day of January, 1976, to four pounds.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prescribes that as from 1 January, 1976, the licence duty payable on an oyster fishing licence shall be £4.
