S.I. No. 24/1975 - Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 2) Order, 1975.

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 2) Order, 1975.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 6th day of February, 1975.

3. (1) The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column (2) of Part I of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold in the manner specified in column (3) of that Schedule at that reference number is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in column (3) at that reference number.

(2) The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column (2) of Part II of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in column (3) of that Schedule at that reference number.

(3) When a commodity is sold in a manner other than that specified in column (3) of the Schedule to this Order it shall be sold at a rate corresponding to that specified in that column.

4. The Maximum Prices (Household Goods) Order, 1975 (

), is hereby revoked.
