1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Services Regulations, 1972 (Amendment) Regulations, 1975.

2. Sub-article (1) of article 6 of the Health Services Regulations, 1972 (

S.I. No. 88 of 1972

) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations will enable health boards to provide drugs under the general medical service otherwise than through contracting pharmacists.
