S.I. No. 351/1973 - Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Kildare) (Amendment) Regulations, 1973.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Kildare) (Amendment) Regulations, 1973.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 24th day of December, 1973.

3. Sub-article (3) of article 5 of the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County of Kildare) Regulations, 1969 (

S.I. No. 27 of 1969

) and the Fifth Schedule thereto are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Road Traffic (Speed Limit) (County of Kildare) Regulations, 1969 (

S.I. No. 27 of 1969

) by revoking article 5 (3) thereof and the Fifth Schedule thereto which prescribed a special speed limit of 60 m.p.h. in respect of the public road mentioned in that Schedule.

Road Traffic Act, 1968

(No. 25 of 1968) hereby makes the following Regulations:—
