1. This Order may be cited as the

Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1973

(Commencement) Order, 1973.

2. The 20th day of December, 1973, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1973

(No. 29 of 1973), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20th day of December, 1973.
