1. This Order may be cited as the

Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961

(Public Holiday) Order, 1973.

2. The 1st day of January, 1974, is hereby appointed to be a public holiday for the purposes of the

Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961

(No. 33 of 1961).

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 18th day of December, 1973.
