S.I. No. 337/1973 - Harbour Rates (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1973.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1973.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of December, 1973.

2. The Harbour Rates (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1949 (

S.I. No. 230 of 1949

), shall have effect as if the following were substituted for the Third Schedule

"THIRD SCHEDULE

Maximum Service Charges.

3.00 per hour or so much of the remuneration of the constable as is attributable to the time spent by him in attendance during the loading or discharging, whichever is the greater sum

For providing fresh water at Commissioners' wharves

0.20 per 1,000 gallons together with any labour charges incurred"

This Order revises the rate for certain services provided for port users at the port of New Ross.

Harbours Act, 1946

(No. 9 of 1946), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Department Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 (

), and after compliance with section 106 of that Act, hereby order as follows
