), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
These regulations prescribe the payments to be made from 1st April, 1973, by local authorities, to the managers of certified schools for the maintenance of children and youthful offenders committed to their schools.

I, RICHARD BURKE, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section 21
of the
Children Act, 1941
(No. 12 of 1941), as adapted by the Health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions (Order, 1947 (S.R. & O., No. 58 of 1947), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Health, make the following regulations:—
