S.I. No. 265/1973 - Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1973.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1973.

(2) The collective citation " the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 to 1973 ", shall be deemed to include these Regulations.

2. The Banque Nationale de Paris (Ireland) Limited of 111 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, is hereby appointed to be an authorised dealer.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959, by appointing the Banque Nationale de Paris (Ireland), Ltd., of 111 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, to be an authorised dealer for the purposes of the Exchange Control Acts.
