1. This Order may be cited as the

Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act, 1973

(Commencement) Order, 1973.

2. The 1st day of September, 1973, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act, 1973

(No. 4 of 1973), shall come into operation.
