S.I. No. 235/1973 - Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 3) Order, 1973.

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 3) Order, 1973.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of September, 1973.

3. (i) The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column (2) of Part I of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold in the manner specified in column (3) of the said Schedule at that reference number is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in the said column (3) at that reference number.

(ii) The maximum price at which a commodity mentioned in column (2) of part II of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in column (3) of the said Schedule at that reference number.

(iii) When a commodity is sold in a manner other than that specified in column (3) of the Schedule to this Order it shall be sold at a rate corresponding to that specified in the said column (3).

4. The Maximum Prices (Household Goods) Order, 1973 (

), and the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 2) Order, 1973 (

S.I. No. 211 of 1973

), are hereby revoked.
