S.I. No. 218/1973 - Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) (No. 2) Order, 1973.

1. This Order may be cited as the Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) (No. 2) Order, 1973.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1973.

3. The export of—

(

a

) preserved cooked mussel meats, and

(

b

) marinated herring fillets,

save under and in accordance with a licence in that behalf issued under the

Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947

(No. 18 of 1947), is hereby prohibited.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prohibits, except under licence, the export of certain fishery products.
