S.I. No. 98/1972 - Harbour Rates (Foynes Harbour) Order, 1955 (Amendment) Order, 1972.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Foynes Harbour) Order, 1955 (Amendment) Order, 1972.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of April, 1972.

2. The Third Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Foynes Harbour) Order, 1955 (

S.I. No. 63 of 1955

), is hereby amended by the deletion of the matter in the second column at reference number 3.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to revoke the charge at Reference No. 3 of the Third Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Foynes Harbour) Order, 1955, in respect of goods which are not removed from the quays within two weeks from the date of deposit thereon.
