S.I. No. 87/1972 - Health Act, 1970 (Commencement) Order, 1972

1. This Order may be cited as the

Health Act, 1970

(Commencement) Order, 1972.

2. In this Order "the Act" means the

Health Act, 1970

.

3. Section 58, subsections (1), (2) and (4) of section 59 and subsection (1) of section 67 of the Act shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1972.

4. Section 3 of the Act shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1972 for the purpose of effecting the repeal of

sections 14

and

51

of the

Health Act, 1953

(No. 26 of 1953).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation

(No. 1 of 1970) hereby orders as follows:—
