S.I. No. 84/1972 - Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1971 (Revocation) Order, 1972.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1971 (Revocation) Order, 1972.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1972.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1971 (

S.I. No. 149 of 1971

) is hereby revoked.

The Agricultural Wages Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by

Section 17

of the

Agricultural Wages Act, 1936

(No. 53 of 1936), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, and after due compliance with subsection (7) of the said Section 17, hereby order as follows:—
