S.I. No. 340/1972 - Swine Vesicular Disease Order, 1972.

1. This Order may be cited as the Swine Vesicular Disease Order, 1972.

2. (1) Each of the orders mentioned in paragraph (2) of this Article shall be construed and have effect as if the references therein to foot and mouth disease included references to swine vesicular disease.

(2) The Orders referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article are the Foot and Mouth Disease Order, 1956 (

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to apply the same statutory measures to the control and eradication of Swine Vesicular Disease as in the the case of Foot and Mouth Disease.
