1. This Order may be cited as the

Central Bank Act, 1971

(Section 50) (Commencement) Order, 1972.

2. The 24th day of July, 1972, is hereby appointed as the day on which

section 50

of the

Central Bank Act, 1971

, shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
