1. This Order may be cited as the School Attendance Committees (Qualifications of Officers) Order, 1972.

2. The

Interpretation Act, 1937

(No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. Article 4 (1) (a) (ii) of the School Attendance Committees (Qualifications of Officers) Order, 1956 (

S.I. No. 329 of 1956

), shall not apply in the case of a person to whom the provisions of the

Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1956

(No. 10 of 1956), apply.
