S.I. No. 160/1972 - Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1972.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1972, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1972.

(2) The collective citation " the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1971 and 1972 ", shall include these Regulations.

2. The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1971 (

S.I. No. 290 of 1971

), as amended by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1972 (

S.I. No. 59 of 1972

) are hereby amended by the substitution for the Schedule of the Schedule set out in the Annex to these Regulations.
