1. This Order may be cited as the

Horse Industry Act, 1970

(Establishment Day) Order, 1971.

2. The 8th day of February, 1971, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Horse Industry Act, 1970

(No. 19 of 1970).

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 8th day of February, 1971.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 8th February, 1971, as the establishment day for purposes of the

Horse Industry Act, 1970

(No. 19 of 1970). Section 6 of that Act provides that Bord na gCapall shall be established on the establishment day.
