1. This Order may be cited as the Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale (Revocation) Order, 1971.

2. The Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale Order, 1968 (

), and the Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale Order, 1970 (

), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order removes the restrictions on hire-purchase and credit sale transactions imposed by the Hire-Purchase and Credit Sale Orders, 1968 and 1970.
