S.I. No. 251/1971 - Dublin Parking (No. 2) Temporary Rules, 1971.

1. Rule 3 (1) prohibits a person from parking a vehicle within the pedestrianised streets or portion of streets set out in the schedule to the rules between 11 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on weekdays.

2. Rule 3 (2) outlines exceptions to the prohibition on parking.

3. These rules apply in the area comprising the County Borough of Dublin.

I, MICHAEL J. WYMES, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by

section 90

of the

Road Traffic Act, 1961

(No. 24 of 1961) (as amended by

section 6

of the

Road Traffic Act, 1968

(No. 25 of 1968)), hereby make the following temporary rules in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Dublin
