1. This Order may be cited as the

Prohibition of Forcible Entry and Occupation Act, 1971

(Commencement) Order, 1971.

2. The 6th day of September, 1971, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Prohibition of Forcible Entry and Occupation Act, 1971

(No. 25 of 1971), shall come into operation.
