1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Road Transport Act, 1971

(Fees) Regulations, 1971.

2. The fee payable for inspection of the register established under

section 6

of the

Road Transport Act, 1971

(No. 8 of 1971), shall be 25 new pence.

3. The fee payable for a copy of an entry in the register established under

section 6

of the

Road Transport Act, 1971

, shall be 25 new pence.

4. Every fee in respect of inspection of the said register or for a copy of an entry therein shall be collected and paid into the Exchequer.

The Minister for Finance hereby sanctions the fees, and the manner of collection and accounting of such fees, prescribed by the foregoing regulations.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of the Instrument is to prescribe a fee of 25p for inspection of the Register of Merchandise Licences established under

Section 6

or for a copy of an entry in the said Register.
