S.I. No. 83/1969 - Bord na Móna (Waiver of Interest and Deferment of Repayment of Advances) Order, 1969.

1. This Order may be cited as the Bord na Móna (Waiver of Interest and Deferment of Repayment of Advances) Order, 1969.

2. All the interest due by Bord na Móna on the 1st day of April, 1969, on the sums advanced to Bord na Móna under

section 53

of the

Turf Development Act, 1946

(No. 10 of 1946), is hereby waived.

3. The deferment by Bord na Móna until the 1st day of October, 1969, of payment of all of the moneys due by Bord na Móna in repayment of sums advanced to Bord na Móna under the said section 53 is hereby permitted.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of this Order is to defer repayment by Bord na M¢na of certain moneys advanced by the Exchequer and to waive the interest due to the Exchequer thereon.
