1. This Order may be cited as the

Wool Marketing Act, 1968

(Establishment Day) Order, 1969.

2. The 9th day of May, 1969, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Wool Marketing Act, 1968

(No. 26 of 1968).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 9th May, 1969, as the establishment day for purposes of the

Wool Marketing Act, 1968

(No. 26 of 1968). Section 12 of that Act provides that An Chomhairle Olla shall be appointed on the establishment day.
