1. There shall be substituted—

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County Borough of Limerick and County of Limerick) Regulations, 1966, in their application to the County Borough of Limerick and the County of Limerick and alter the speed limits applicable to certain roads in these areas.

3. In these Regulations—

" Principal Regulations " means the Road Traffic (Speed Limits) (County Borough of Limerick and County of Limerick) Regulations, 1966;

" perimeter road " means a road on and along the roadway of which there runs the boundary of a county or other borough, an urban district or a town.

4. (1) The First Schedule to the Principal Regulations is hereby amended in the manner specified in Schedule A to these Regulations.

(2) The Second Schedule to the Principal Regulations is hereby amended in the manner specified in Schedule B to these Regulations.

(3) The Third Schedule to the Principal Regulations is hereby amended in the manner specified in Schedule C to these Regulations.
