1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations, 1969.
2. In these Regulations—
"the Board" means the Dublin District Milk Board
"the section" means
section 41
of the
Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936
(No. 43 of 1936), as amended by
section 19
of the
Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1941
(No. 11 of 1941), and
Section 7
of the
Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952
(No. 9 of 1952).
3. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.
4. (1) for the purposes of the levy payable to the Board under subsection (1) (b) of the section—
(
a
) the prescribed sum shall, as respects the month of February, 1969, and each subsequent month, be four-tenths of a penny;
(b) regulation 4(1)(
a
) of the Dublin District Milk Board (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations, 1968 (
S.I. No. 54 of 1968
), shall not apply in relation to any such month.
(2) For the purposes of the levy payable to the Board under subsection (2) (b) of the section—
(
a
) the prescribed sum shall, as respects the month of February, 1969, and each subsequent month, be four-tenths of a penny
(
b
) regulation 4(2)(
a
) of the Regulations mentioned in parapraph (1)(
b
) shall not apply in relation to any such month.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
These Regulations prescribe the amount of the levy payable to the Dublin District Milk Board, for milk sold in the Dublin Production Area by registered retailers and wholesalers and by certain registered producers.

(No. 9 of 1952), of that Act, as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 (
