1. This Order may be cited as the

Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act, 1968

(Commencement) Order, 1968.

2. The 4th day of October, 1968, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act, 1968

(No. 17 of 1968), shall come into operation.
